SOUTHEAST OF FORT STOCKTON. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN
HOUR. THIS STORM WILL CROSS I-10 BETWEEN FORT STOCKTON AND
BAKERSFIELD BY 845 PM CDT.
