SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE
IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WEST TEXAS

   ...HOWARD COUNTY
 
AT 1110 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS 18 MILES SOUTH
OF BIG SPRING.  MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.

THESE STORMS WILL BE IN THE BIG SPRING AREA BY MIDNIGHT.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DO NOT USE TELEPHONES OR
