AT 135 PM CDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL
HAIL EXTENDED FROM JUST NORTH OF FORT DAVIS TO 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF
ALPINE. MOVEMENT WAS SLOWLY SOUTHEAST AT LESS THAN 15 MILES AN HOUR.
ELSEWHERE...ISOLATED STORMS HAD DEVELOPED NEAR GUADALUPE PEAK.
MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.

SMALL HAIL WAS LOCATED OVER HIGHWAY 90 MIDWAY BETWEEN ALPINE AND
MARATHON.  ELSEWHERE...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY
HEAVY RAIN...EXTENDED ALONG THE DAVIS AND GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS TO
JUST WEST OF CARLSBAD NEW MEXICO.  MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 15
MILES AN HOUR.

RAIN AND SMALL HAIL...WERE SCATTERED FROM 30 MILES SOUTH OF ALPINE
TEXAS...ALONG THE DAVIS AND GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS TO WEST OF CARLSBAD
NEW MEXICO.  MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.

DOPPLER RADAR HAD ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1.5 INCHES IN THE
VICINITY OF ALPINE. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
MOVE TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
