BATON ROUGE TO AMITE AND FROM BAYOU PIGEON NORTHEAST ACROSS HAMMOND AND
COVINGTON TO PICAYUNE MISSISSIPPI.  MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

PEOPLE IN EAST CENTRAL LOUISIANA CAN EXPECT STRONG AND GUSTY WIND...
