FLASH FLOOD WARNING    EFFECTIVE UNTIL  245 AM CDT
FOR RESIDENTS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH MISSISSIPPI

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AT 1145 PM CDT INDICATED
RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 4 INCHES IN THE PAST TWO HOURS.
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN LIKELY DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS CONTINUING
TO INCREASE THE FLOODING PROBLEM ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS..
POORLY DRAINED AREAS OR IN UNDERPASSES OR NEAR CREEKS OR BAYOUS.
