THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO
INCLUDE TODAY AND TONIGHT.

SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL OVER THE LAST 12 HOURS IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY HAS
BEEN BEEN LIMITED TO THE MORGAN...MAGOFFIN AND FLOYD COUNTIES WHO
RECEIVED NEARLY A HALF INCH.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL TODAY WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM .25 TO OVER 1.0
INCH...WITH SOME HIGHER AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
DAY.
