TORNADO AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION   ...
 
IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY
 
   ...SOUTHERN CLAY COUNTY
 
AT 440 PM...WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 25 MILES NORTH OF
MIDDLESBORO OR IN NORTHERN KNOX COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF SALT GUM. THIS
STORM IS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 35 MPH AND WILL AFFECT THE TOWNS OF OGLE
AND BRIGHTSHADE IN SOUTHERN CLAY COUNTY THROUGH 515 PM.
 
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
