000 TTAA00 KILN 090150 FFWILN OHC109-090545- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED FLASH FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILMINGTON OH 949 PM EDT TUE AUG 8 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO ...MIAMI COUNTY AT 945 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER MIAMI COUNTY. REPORTS FROM MIAMI COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT INDICATE 6 MORE ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED SINCE 2 PM EDT. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
