IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS ...MATAGORDA COUNTY AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS AT 137 PM RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM IN MATAGORDA COUNTY 10 MILES EAST OF PALACIOS MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST 20 MPH. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO... SEEK SHELTER IN AN INTERIOR ROOM... SUCH AS A CLOSET OR HALLWAY ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.
