IN OHIO ...MORROW COUNTY AT 520 PM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR MARENGO. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MILES PER HOUR AND WILL PASS NEAR THE TOWNS OF SPARTA AND BLOOMFIELD. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS... FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAINS WHICH MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF DRAINAGE SYSTEMS. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. RINGO
