000 TTAA00 KCLE 171850 TORCLE OHC043-171915- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CLEVELAND OH 249 PM EDT THU AUG 17 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 315 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN OHIO ...ERIE COUNTY... AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE AT 245 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO EAST OF PUT IN BAY IN THE ISLANDS. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MILES PER HOUR AND WILL PASS NEAR KELLYS ISLAND BY 310 PM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. PROTECT YOUR HEAD...
