IN OHIO ...LUCAS COUNTY...OTTAWA COUNTY...SANDUSKY COUNTY RADAR ESTIMATES OF OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 115 PM OVER NORTHWEST SANDUSKY AND SOUTHWEST OTTAWA AND EASTAERN LUCAS NEAR TOLEDO. TORRENTIAL RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 3 PM AND FLOODING AND PONDING OF WATER IS LIKELY. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
