FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  515 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 215 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A CLUSTER OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE SANDUSKY...ERIE COUNTY
LINE...MOVING VERY SLOWLY EAST. RADAR SHOWED THAT THESE STORMS HAVE BEEN
PERSISTENT OVER THIS AREA SINCE 1 AM WITH NEARLY TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL
BETWEEN 1 AND 215 AM. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY WHICH WILL
CAUSE FLOODING OF STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS.
 
THE STORMS SHOULD EVENTUALLY DRIFT TOWARD CASTALIA AND SANDUSKY BY 4 AM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS A4ND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
