FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1145 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 937 AM...HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING ACROSS EASTERN CUYAHOGA COUNTY AND
NORTHERN SUMMIT COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NEARLY 2 INCHES OF
RAINFALL IN THE PAST HOUR FROM SAGAMORE HILLS SOUTHWARD INTO
PENINSULA...MAINLY NEAR THE CUYAHOGA RIVER.
 
HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT HOUR OR SO IN EASTERN
CUYAHOGA AND NORTHERN SUMMIT COUNTIES AND MAY RESULT IN LOCALIZED
FLOODING OF ROADWAYS...SMALL STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
