ACROSS THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES.

A VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE REMAINS IN PLACE ACROSS THE
PANHANDLES TODAY.  AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER
NORTHWESTERN KANSAS WILL SPIN DISTURBANCES ACROSS THE PANHANDLES
TODAY AND TONIGHT.

SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL ACROSS THE ENTIRE TEXAS
AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES SHOULD REMAIN ALERT AND BE READY FOR
