TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  345 PM CDT
FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
 
   ...EASTERN DEAF SMITH COUNTY
 
AT 300 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM SLOWLY
MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THIS STORM HAS STRONG ROTATIONAL
SIGNATURES AND HAS PRODUCED TRONADOS IN CASTRO COUNTY. THIS IS A VERY
DANGEROUS STORM AND WILL BE IN THE VICINITY OF HEREFORD BY 315 PM CDT.
RESIDENTS OF HEREFORD ARE URGED TO SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
