THE WIND PROFILE HAS BECOMING INCREASINGLY FAVORABLE FOR SUPERRCELL
THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IN WASHINGTON AND NOWATA COUNTIES.  THE
STORM IN NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY WILL HAVE INCREASING POTENTIAL
TO PRODUCE A TORNADO WAS IT CONTINUES TO DEVELOP AND MOVE EAST INTO
NOWATA COUNTY.
