AT 543 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 5 MILES WEST/SOUTHWEST OF
CLARK STATE LAKE OR 40 MILES SOUTH OF DODGE CITY. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING
EAST/NORTHEAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE NEAR CLARK COUNTY STATE
LAKE BY 550 PM.  PERSONS IN THE VICINITY OF THE LAKE SHOULD TAKE SHELTER
IMMEDIATELY.
