AT 420 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 15 MILES NORTH OF
LIBERAL APPROACHING HIGHWAY 83. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST AT
35 MPH AND WILL CROSS OVER OPEN COUNTRY IN NORTHERN SEWARD COUNTY
THROUGH 445 PM CDT.
 
PERSONS IN NORTHERN SEWARD COUNTY SHOULD TAKE SAFE SHELTER NOW!!!
