TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  600 PM MDT
FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO
 
   ...NORTHEASTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY
   ...SOUTHEASTERN KIT CARSON COUNTY
 
AT 450 PM MDT...THE KIT CARSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORTED A
TORNADO ON THE GROUND ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BURLINGTON NEAR THE
CHEYENNE COUNTY LINE. THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MILES AN
HOUR. THIS STORM IS ERRACTIC...AND COULD TURN RIGHT INTO CHEYENNE
COUNTY WITHOUT WARNING.
