SYNOPSIS: MOIST AIR WILL REMAIN OVER NORTHWEST KANSAS TODAY. A
SERIES OF UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES WILL COMBINE WITH AN UPSLOPE
FLOW ACROSS THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING TO
PRODUCE THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE AREA. WITH MODERATE INSTABILITY SOME
ISOLATED SEVERE STORMS WITH DAMAGING HAIL ARE POSSIBLE.
