IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO ...WESTERN KIT CARSON COUNTY...NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FLAGLER ON THE LINCOLN...KIT CARSON COUNTY LINE. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
