THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
 
   ...GONZALES COUNTY
 
RADAR INDICATES THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING OVER
MUCH OF GONZALES COUNTY. THE GONZALES COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT REPORTED
THAT ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED IN THE WESTERN PART OF THE COUNTY. NIXON HAS
RECEIVED 5.25 INCHES OF RAIN SO FAR THIS MORNING AND MORE RAIN IS
POSSIBLE THE REST OF TODAY AND INTO TONIGHT.
 
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  HTRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
