...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH WATCH IS IN EFFECT TONIGHT ...
...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 AM
   FOR PART OF SOUTHWEST TEXAS...

AT 233 AM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED FROM
BIG SPRING TO OZONA.

THUNDERSTORMS AND RAINSHOWERS WERE SCATTERED FROM WEST OF LUBBOCK TO
COLORADO CITY AND FROM THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS TO THE SOUTHERN CONCHO
VALLEY.

MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.
