FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  345 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHWEST TEXAS

AT 1240 PM CDT...THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY REPORTED THAT HIGHWAY
137 NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION WITH 158 HAD BEEN CLOSED DUE TO WATER
OVER THE HIGHWAY. FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE IN HOWARD AND
GLASSCOCK COUNTIES AS HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ON SATURATED SOIL.
