FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 115 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO FALL
IN CRANE AND UPTON COUNTIES. WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL...FLOODING IS
EXPECTED IN CONTINUE.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
