AT 325 PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICTAED NO PRECIPITATION OCCURRING OVER THE SOUTH PLAINS. HOWEVER...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING IN EASTERN NEW MEXICO SOUTHWARD INTO SOUTHWEST TEXAS. STORM MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 10-20 MPH. REMEMBER...A TORNADO WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR TORNADOES AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN AND NEAR THE WATCH AREA. PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THREATHENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR LOCAL RADIO AND TELEVISON STATIONS FOR LATER STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE WARNINGS.
