000 TTAA00 KTOL 171612 FFWTOL OHC147-172115- BULLETIN FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TOLEDO OH 1211 PM EDT FRI JUL 17 1992 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOLEDO HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO ...SENECA COUNTY AT 1210 PM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF WIDESPREAD SHOWERS OVER MUCH OF SENECA COUNTY. THE SENECA COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT REPORTED SWELLING STREAMS IN LOWLAND AREAS...AND RISING WATER ALONG ROUTE 53... FIVE MILES SOUTH OF TIFFIN. ADDITIONAL FLOODING WILL LIKELY OCCUR AS THE RAIN CONTINUES OVER THIS AREA. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. MWD

HINKLEY RESERVATION. NO DEATHS OR INJURIES. NUMEROUS
LARGE TREES AND POWER LINES DOWNED. SOME MINOR PERSONAL
PROPERTY DAMAGE. DAMAGE PATH LENGTH WAS ABOUT 5 MILES
