FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 145 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHWEST OHIO
 
   ...HANCOCK COUNTY...PUTNAM COUNTY
 
AT 845 AM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED WIDESPREAD SHOWERS HAVE DEVELOPED OVER
HANCOCK AND PUTNAM COUNTIES. NUMEROUS SIGNS HAVE BEEN POSTED ALERTING
MOTORISTS TO HIGH WATER. ALSO...SEVERAL ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED IN
FINDLAY. ADDITIONAL FLOODING WILL LIKELY OCCUR AS THE RAIN CONTINUES
TO POND IN LOW LYING AREAS AND CITY DRAINAGE SYSTEMS OVERFLOW.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
