000 TTAA00 KSTC 290126 SVRSTC MNC067-290215- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ST CLOUD MINNESOTA 826 PM CDT TUE MAY 28 1991 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ST CLOUD MINNESOTA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 915 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...SOUTHERN KANDIYOHI COUNTY AT 825 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WILLMAR. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST TO NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL BE IN THE CITIES OF WILLMAR...AND BLOMKEST BY 830 PM. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS. NNNN
