AT 823 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED 2 MILES SOUTH OF RUSSEL IN LYON
COUNTY...OR 30 MILES WEST OF REDWOOD FALLS MOVING EAST AT 35 MILES AN HO
.RADAR INDICATES THE STORM MOVING OUT OF EASTERN LYON COUNTY BY 830 PM.
 
CITIES IN THE PATH OF THE STORM ARE MILROY AND WALNUT GROVE.
 
PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
