FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

HAYS SHERIFFS OFFICE CONTINUES TO RELAY REPORTS OF NUMEROUS ROADS
CLOSED THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY. MODERATE RAINS CONTINUES TO FALL
AND MORE RAIN IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING WHICH WILL
ONLY ADD TO THIS SERIOUS FLOODING SITUATION.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
'CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
