FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
 
   ...BEXAR COUNTY...COMAL COUNTY...KENDALL COUNTY
 
OLMOS CREEK AND SALADO CREEK IN BEXAR COUNTY ARE IN FLOOD. MANY ROADS
CROSSING CIBOLO CREEK BETWEEN BEXAR AND COMAL COUNTIES ARE CLOSED.
ROADS CROSSING OLMOS CREEK IN BEXAR COUTY ARE BARRICADED.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
IMMEDIATELY TO HIGHER GROUND.

DRAINS MAY CAUSE OTHER AREAS TO FLOOD.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH
FLOOD WATERS A/ND STAY AWAY FROM STORM DRAINS.
