IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS... COFFEY ... LYON ... SOUTHERN OSAGE AT 630 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS NEAR EMPORIA AND 15 MILES EAST OF EMPORIA BETWEEN MELVERN AND JOHN REDMOND RESERVOIRS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
