AT 725 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR
RICHLAND IN SOUTHEAST SHAWNEE COUNTY...10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF TOPEKA
AND ANOTHER NEAR THE CLINTON RESERVOIR...5 MILES WEST OF LAWRENCE.
THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL LIKELY
