FROM NEAR CROSSETT ARKANSAS TO NEAR RUSTON LOUISIANA TO NEAR LUFKIN
TEXAS. THE RAIN EXTENDED INTO EXTREME SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA.

MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MILE PER HOUR.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE NOTED NORTH OF MAGNOLIA ARKANSAS...FROM NEAR
SIBLEY LOUISIANA TO 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SHREVEPORT...10 MILES WEST
OF SHREVEPORT...AND NORTH OF TEXARKANA.

THE STRONG THUNTDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY WINDS...PEA TO
MARBLE SIZE HAIL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAINS THAT WILL CAUSE

AT 415 AM CST THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN SHREVEPORT SHOWED
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN A 60 MILE WIDE BAND THAT
EXTENDED FROM NEAR PINE BLUFF ARKANSAS ACROSS SHREVEPORT LOUISIANA TO
NEAR COLLEGE STATION TEXAS.

ANOTHER 20 MILE WIDE BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED FROM
NEAR LONE STAR TEXAS TO SOUTHWEST OF PALESTINE TEXAS. ALSO ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS WERE NOTED NEAR HUGO OKLAHOMA.

MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH.

THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE LOCATED 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SHREVEPORT...
WEST OF BENTON...SOUTH OF SPRINGHILL LOUISIANA AND SOUTH OF CAMDEN
ARKANSAS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY WINDS...PEA TO
MARBLE SIZE HAIL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAINS THAT WILL CAUSE
LOW AREA AND URBAN FLOODING.

RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN BOSSIER AND WEBSTER PARISHES AND IN COLUMBIA
COUNTY ARKANSAS ARE LIKELY IN THE ONE TO TWO 1/2 INCH RANGE. SOME
FLOODING PROBLEMS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP AS ADDITIONAL RAIN FALLS.
