SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
...OLDHAM...SHELBY...TRIMBLE
AT 500 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS FROM 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF LOUISVILLE NEAR GOSHEN
TO 30 MILES EAST OF LOUISVILLE NEAR SIMPSONVILLE.
THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL MOVE INTO ORVILLE
AND PATTON BY 515 PM EDT.

AT 245 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN SOUTHWEST INDIANA. THE LEADING EDGE OF THE STORMS WAS FROM BLOOMINGTON INDIANA TO OWENSBORO KENTUCKY. SOME OF THE STORMS HAVE KNOCKED DOWN TREES AND PRODUCED GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE MOVING THROUGH ORANGE...CRAWFORD...WASHINGTON AND HARRISON AND FLOYD COUNTIES IN INDIANA BETWEEN 3 PM AND 4 PM EDT.
