THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NEBRASKA
      ANTELOPE

AT 1115 PM CDT NORFOLK RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 40
MILES NORTHWEST OF NORFOLK NEAR CLEARWATER.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING
TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH AND CLEARWATER...NELIGH AND OAKDALE SHOULD
EXPECT LARGE HAIL AND EXTREMELY HEAVY RAIN.

PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG
BUILDING.  FOR YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS.  HEAVY RAINS QUICKLY FLOOD
ROADWAYS...DO NOT DRIVE INTO WATER COVERED ROADWAYS.

 A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF NORTHEAST
 NEBRASKA UNTIL 3 AM CDT.  A FLASH FLOOD WATCH COVE;RS NORTHEAST

AT 1055 PM CDT THUNDERSTORMS HAD DEVELOPED OVER NORTHERN KEITH COUNTY
AND EXTREME EASTERN LOGAN COUNTY INTO EXTREME WESTERN CUSTER COUNTY.
THE THUNDERSTORM IN KEITH COUNTY IS 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF KEYSTONE OR
ABOUT 45 MILES NORTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE NE. THE THUNDERSTORMS IN LOGAN
AND CUSTER COUNTIES WERE 10 TO 15 MILES EAST OF STAPLETON- NEBRASKA OR
OR 25 TO 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF NORTH PLATTE NEBRASKA.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTAIN BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL...
AND GUSTY WINDS.
