IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS

AT 7:00 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ON THE
WEST SIDE OF HUTCHINSON. THIS STORM WAS PRODUCING STRONG WINDS...
ONE HALF TO THREE QUARTER INCH HAIL...AND HEAVY RAIN.
THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MILES AN HOUR.
