THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      NORTHERN BUTLER...

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      MARION...

RADAR INDICATES THAT INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ARE
CONTINUING OVER PARTS OF MARION AND NORTHERN BUTLER COUNTY. THESE
STORMS ARE MOVING VERY SLOWLY EASTWARD.

 RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS IN THE WARNING AREA WILL LIKELY FLOOD
STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS. BE CAREFUL DRIVING AND DON/T TRY TO
CROSS WATER RUSHING OVER ROADS.

 FLASH FLOODING WILL LIKELY RESULT FROM THE HEAVY RAIN THAT HAS
FALLEN OVER THE WARNING AREA. STAY AWAY FROM AREAS SUSCEPTIBLE
