FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS
 
   ...NORTHERN SAN JACINTO COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED HEAVY RAINS OVER NORTHERN SAN JACINTO
COUNTY OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS. RADAR AND SATELLITE INDICATE BETWEEN 3
AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE AREA.
 
THE SAN JACINTO COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT HAS REPORTED WATER OVER
HIGHWAY 190 IN THE POINT BLANK AREA.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
