AT 1045 RADAR INDICATED AND FIRE PERSONNEL IN CAIRO NEBRASKA
REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF CAIRO...
OR 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF GRAND ISLAND NEBRASKA...MOVING TO THE
EAST NORTHEAST AT 40MPH.
PEOPLE IN SL LIBORY AND ARCHER SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATLY.
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT
