THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHERN NANCE

AT 1019 PM A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 28 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST
OF GRAND ISLAND NEBRASKA...8 MILES WEST OF BELGRADE...MOVING TOWARDS
THE EAST AT 40 MPH.
THIS TORNADO WILL BE IN BELGRADE NEBRASKA BY 1035 PM CDT.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT
OR BELOW GROUND.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED
BUILDING.

IN ADDITION TO THE THREAT OF A TORNADO...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY
RAIN AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE LIKLEY WITH THIS STORM.

 A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARN=ED AREA.
