AT 315 PM RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE FROM MILLERSBURG EAST THROUGH NEW PHILADELPHIA TO EAST LIVERPOOL. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS GUSTY WINDS... DANGEROUS LIGHTNING... AND SMALL HAIL AS THEY PASS THROUGH. A STRONG THUNDERSTORM IS LOCATED ALONG THE COLUMBIANA- JEFFERSON COUNTY LINE AND ALSO NEAR NEW PHILADELPHIA. IF YOU ARE OUT ON A BOAT OR JUST HAVING A PICNIC THIS AFTERNOON... KEEP AN EYE TO THE SKY.
