WESTERN BELMONT COUNTY...5 MILES NORTH OF BARNESVILLE. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED RAPIDILY OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL OHIO THIS
AFTERNOON.

AT 315 PM RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE FROM
MILLERSBURG EAST THROUGH NEW PHILADELPHIA TO EAST LIVERPOOL. THESE
STORMS ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS
GUSTY WINDS... DANGEROUS LIGHTNING... AND SMALL HAIL AS THEY PASS
THROUGH. A STRONG THUNDERSTORM IS LOCATED ALONG THE COLUMBIANA-
JEFFERSON COUNTY LINE AND ALSO NEAR NEW PHILADELPHIA.
