AT 740 PM EDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER
SOUTHERN MUSKINGUM AND MOST OF NOBLE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS AS THEY MOVED
SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH
 
A RAINFALL REPORTER NEAR STRAFORD...IN NOBLE COUNTY...REPORTED
OVER SIX TENTHS OF AN INCH OF RAIN IN A 20 MINUTE PERIOD BETWEEN
710 AND 730 PM.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODIPNG WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
