FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  245 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...COLUMBIANA
 
AT 1230 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A NARROW BAND
OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS MOVING INTO WESTERN COLUMBIANA
COUNTY. THE RAIN WILL PROGRESS ACROSS THE COUNTY DURING THE NEXT FEW
HOURS. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OVER SATURATED GROUND MAY RESULT IN
LOCAL FLASH FLOODING.
 
 
MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
