THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 130 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF OHIO
      TRUMBULL...MAHONING...COLUMBIANA

AT 1015 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY
RAIN WITH A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS FROM JUST SOUTH OF
COLUMBIANA COUNTY TO TRUMBULL COUNTY IN EASTERN OHIO. THIS AREA
OF PRECIPITATION WAS MOVING NORTH AT 38 MPH. SOME AREAS ACROSS
CENTRAL COLUMBIANA COUNTY HAVE RECEIVED OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN
THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANCDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
