SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO

IN NORTHEAST OHIO

RADAR AT NOON IDICATED A BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN DEVELOPING
OVER THE WARNING AREA. THE LINE WAS FROM JUST EAST OF WAYNESBURG IN
CARROLL COUNTY TO NEAR MOUNDSVILLE, WEST VIRGINIA AND WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
