THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN YOUNGSTOWN HAS EXTENDED THE SMALL
STREAM FLOOD WARNING UNTIL 800 AM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES...

IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...TRUMBULL
IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
          ...MERCER

MERCER COUNTY STATE POLICE REPORT METHODIST ROAD IN SUGARGROVE IS STILL
CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING ON THE LITTLE SHENANGO RIVER.

THE GRAND RIVER IN TRUMBULL COUNTY CONTINUES TO CROSS ROUTE 87 BETWEEN
ROUTES 534 AND 45.  THE WATER LEVEL THERE IS STILL HIGH.
IN HUBBARD TOWNSHIP HALF OF THE SOUTHBOUND RAMP OF I-80 AND ROUTE 62
IS STILL UNDER WATER. HOWEVER...WATER LEVELS ARE STARTING TO GO DOWN.

AT THE INTERSECTION OF RTE 46 AND RUPPLE ROAD NEAR MINERAL RIDGE WATER
LEVELS ARE HIGH AND LIGHTED BARRELS HAVE BEEN PLACED THERE TO WARN
MOTORISTS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS ANY ROADWAYS UNDER WATER.
